My personal interest is in delivering value to research users. My consultancy focuses on acting as a bridge between the client and research team, ensuring that the core needs of the client are effectively understood so that the research team can deliver the most valuable insights.

My academic research is industry focused, working with stakeholders in diverse communities around Australia to understand how to best design and manage businesses, particularly retail businesses, to deliver economic and social outcomes.
